iCAD has enhanced efficiency and increased productivity in the drafting process.

Project

The drafting process often involves tedious and repetitive tasks. Recognizing the need for a tool that could automate and simplify these tasks, while ensuring efficiency and accuracy, we developed iCAD.

Solution

The approach involved creating a tool with a user-friendly GUI interface that would adapt based on the project category. We aimed to create a tool that could read exported reports from PNI (SpatialNET) and auto-fill the frame and layout of the AutoCAD design grids.

We equipped iCAD with the ability to read SpatialNET reports for auto-filling, the capacity to generate both DFN and LFN SLD with a single click, an auto BOM/BOQ generator based on loaded inputs, auto numbering of layouts, and the functionality to auto plot and publish PDF files.

Results

The implementation of iCAD brought about a significant improvement in drafting-related tasks. It transformed tedious tasks into seamless operations. It has brought about significant improvements in the drafting process, making it more efficient and user-friendly and enhancing efficiency and productivity.
