Manual data entry, a critical aspect of maintaining a Client's Database of Records (DBoRs), historically had been time-consuming and prone to error, leading to potential data inconsistencies and inefficiencies.
To address this challenge a custom and breakthrough SaaS solution was developed. The solution leveraged Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for data management tasks, specifically targeting the enhancement of the Client's Database of Records (DBoRs).
The solution intended to significantly reduce manual data entry time and enhance data accuracy by using the tool's reporting feature to identify and rectify duplicate records and incorrect entries.

Solution

The project focused on developing a custom SaaS solution capable of automating the data update process of DBoRs.
The software was set to automate data input tasks, while parallel processing was enabled to speed up the update process across multiple databases. It leveraged RPA technology and embedded intelligent error detection features, thus achieving a high degree of efficiency and accuracy. A reporting feature was integrated to flag and rectify data inconsistencies automatically.
The approach involved simultaneous updates to various databases, further multiplying time-saving benefits.

Results

The SaaS solution successfully automated the DBoRs data update process, reducing the time spent by 95% and increasing overall accuracy.
